摘要: Intermittent coronary perfusion with the use of global hypothermia is one oldest techniques in cardiac surgery to allow management congenital defects and acquired coronary, valvular or myocardial diseases. With introduction further developments quite different aspects cardioplegic preservation - this development not yet finished technique intermittent was more less completely replaced by methods.
