摘要: Abstract Energy resource allocation presents a multi-criteria decision making problem with the criteria being quantitative and/or qualitative. Solving such requires an integrated approach. In this paper, model using goal programming and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been developed for energy allocation. It incorporates nine three qualitative criteria. The applied to household sector of Madras, India. A detailed sensitivity analysis also carried out. Three additional scenarios have developed. Use suggested: natural gas, fuelwood solar thermal cooking; biogas electricity generated from water pumping; all decentralized generation technologies lighting operating appliances. Grid was perferred only lighting.
