摘要: A pulsed‐beam low energy electron diffraction (LEED) system using the electrical method of detection has been developed, by means which reciprocal lattice surface structure is obtained as an oscilloscope display. In addition, a precise plot intensity given beam function can be in reduced form pattern. The employs moving Faraday collector and rotating crystal to scan pulsed permits measurements ac techniques.
