摘要: Detection of antiplatelet antibody activity in patients with renal cortical necrosis. Sera were collected from 14 necrosis (RCN) and tested for lymphocytotoxic antibody, antiglomerular basement membrane antibody. Three 11 (27%) had at least one none anti-GBM while (79%) found to have a serum factor which released platelet III. Antiplatelet was 33% sera 23 non-RCN failure. It interest note that the higher incidence RCN accompanied by high early allograft faulure 31 such receiving transplantation. d'une activite anticorps anti-plaquettes chez des malades atteints de necrose corticale du rein. Le renale ete etudie pour rechercher anticrops lymphocytotoxiques, anti-membrane basale glomerulaire (GBM) et antiplaquettes. Trois sur avaient au moins un lymphocytotoxique, aucun n'avait d'anticorps (74%) facteur serique qui liberait le plaquettaire Une trouvee dans serums d'insuffisance sans RCN. Il est interessant remarquer que la frequence elevee d'activite concomittante rejets precoces greffes ces soumis une transplantation renale.
