摘要: The present research focuses on the synthesis, characterization and antibacterial effect of copper oxide (CuO) nanowires. CuO nanowires were produced in situ a (Cu) foil by thermal oxidation method. annealing time (i. e. 3, 5, 7, 9 h) growth procedure morphology properties was studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy used to investigate crystallographic, morphological, spectroscopic obtained respectively. effects against Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus bacteria also examined. samples had an excellent performance.
