Fármacos recentes usados para o tratamento da infecção pelo HIV-1: enfuvirtida, maraviroc, raltegravir e etravirina

摘要: AIDS e uma doenca humana causada pelo HIV, que afeta o sistema imunologico deixando organismo incapacitado de se defender. Em todo mundo, a infeccao HIV ja matou mais 30 milhoes pessoas desde momento em virus foi oficialmente reconhecido, 1981, mostrando-se das epidemias destrutivas da historia. Considerando apenas ano 2008 despeito do acesso ao tratamento antirretroviral muitas regioes epidemia atingiu 2,7 pessoas, quais 430 mil sao criancas. Esses numeros mostram desafio os pesquisadores tem pela frente no sentido combater adquire resistencia passos largos. O estudo seu ciclo replicativo possibilitou identificacao alguns alvos macromoleculares suscetiveis intervencao terapeutica. Pensando nesse dado, este trabalho enfoca quatro novos farmacos aprovados 2003 para HIV-1 (subtipo disseminado): enfuvirtida, maraviroc, raltegravir etravirina. Todos apresentam mecanismo acao completamente elucidado tambem eficazes resistentes. A analise dos dados clinicos mostra esses medicamentos possuem eficacia seguranca uso clinico. ABSTRACT Newer drugs used in the treatment of infection: enfuvirtide, and etravirine AIDS is human disease caused by immunodeficiency (HIV), which attacks immune system, leaving body unable to defend itself. Worldwide, infection has killed more than million people since was officially recognized making it one most destructive epidemics history. In year alone, spite access antiretroviral many regions world, pandemic infected 2.7 people, whom 430,000 were children. These numbers show challenge that researchers face combating acquiring resistance at great pace. The study replication cycle allowed some macromolecular targets susceptible therapeutic intervention be identified. With this mind, article focuses on four newest approved for (the widespread subtype): (a) enfuvirtide (b) maraviroc (c) (d) etravirine. All these have fully elucidated mechanisms action are also effective against resistant viruses. analysis clinical data shows they efficacious safe use.
