摘要: Edible parts of date palm fruits (DPF) from Iran have been evaluated for their antioxidant activities (AA) and total phenolic content (TPC) using Trolox equivalent capacity, TEAC, Folin–Ciocalteu methods, respectively. Seven kinds soft dates (SD), namely Berehi, Mordasang, Mazafati, Kabkab, Khanizi, Shahabi Medjool dates; four types semidry (SDD), Piarom, Zahedi, Halavi Karoot one kind dry (DD), Rabbi were used. The AA the DPF in range 21.31–29.94, 33.36–35.85 33.71 µmol equivalents/100 g fresh weight, while TPC contents 250.75–328.57, 356.55–398.23, 361.46 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE)/100 weight SD, SDD DD, Results show that there was a linear relationship between TPC. Finally, transmittance FT-IR spectra extracted methanolic samples used to develop classification model based on content.
