摘要: Publisher Summary Immunotoxicology, the science of poisons to immune system, is devoted study adverse effects pharmaceuticals and all other chemicals on responsiveness treated or exposed living hosts (immunosuppression immunostimulation) as well induction hypersensitivity autoimmunity. Although immunotoxicology an active area toxicology, this still a relatively small area. Therefore, chapter provides extensive list books published since 1999. Because cornerstone between toxicology immunology, key immunology textbooks potentially useful for toxicologists with limited immunological background in are listed well. Over past 30 years, main focus immunotoxicologists has been non-clinical aspects immunotoxicity, especially from mechanistic regulatory perspective. A lot efforts have paid designing validating animal models vitro assays evaluation immunotoxicity risk assessment.
