摘要: This study presents data on the detailed evaluation (tier 2) of a site-specific ecological risk assessment (ssERA) in former smelter area contaminated with metals (Santo Amaro, Bahia, Brazil). Combining information from three lines evidence (LoE), chemical (ChemLoE), ecotoxicological (EcotoxLoE) and (EcoLoE), Triad approach, integrated values were calculated to rank sites confirm potential disclosed tier 1. Risk for habitat retention functions each sampling point. Habitat function included ChemLoE total metal concentrations. The EcotoxLoE was based reproduction tests terrestrial invertebrates (Folsomia candida, Enchytraeus crypticus, Eisenia andrei), shoot length plant biomass (Avena sativa, Brassica rapa). For EcoLoE, parameters (microbial parameters, soil invertebrate community, litter breakdown) used derive values. Retention ChemLoE, extractable concentrations, eluate aquatic organisms (Daphnia magna Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata growth). Results related indicated that residues are sufficient cause biota, while low levels extracts general lack toxicity high capacity most points. Integrated 2 showed same trend 1, suggesting need proceed remediation actions. direct indirect effects, such as failure establishment vegetation consequent loss quality microorganisms fauna. shed some light selection tools an ssERA tropical metal-contaminated sites, focusing receptors at using available methods, surveys ecotoxicity tests.
