摘要: Abstract This paper is the first part of general dealing with effects constitutive modeling cyclic stress–strain behavior soils on site amplification. The concentrates pseudo-static soil in small to medium strain range. In order fit data accurately, chosen analytical relationship should satisfy specific condition formulated for using from tests. Analysis conventional relationships, particular Ramberg–Osgood (R–O) relationship, indicated that a failure this lead low accuracy prediction both tangent stiffness and damping ratio at strains. logarithmic function originally proposed describe static monotonic applied experimental backbone curves. Constructed soils, has proven be free limitations R–O other relationships. When combination Masing rules predict ratios, it gives good range, where hypothesis supported by evidence.
