Paper-Based ZnS:Cu Alternating Current Electroluminescent Devices for Current Humidity Sensors with High-Linearity and Flexibility.

摘要: Humidity sensors are indispensable for various electronic systems and instrumentations. To develop a new humidity sensing mechanism is the key next generation of sensor technology. In this work, novel flexible paper-based current proposed. The developed alternating electroluminescent devices (ACEL) consist electroless plating Ni on filter paper silver nanowires (AgNWs) as bottom upper electrodes, ZnS:Cu phosphor layer, respectively. proposed based ACEL with substrate layer element. moisture effect optical properties ACELs has been studied firstly. Then, processing parameters such plated electrode spin-coated function humidity-sensitive characteristics investigated. elucidated Q ~ V analysis. exhibits an excellent linearity ( R 2 = 0.99965 ) within range from 20% to 90% relative (RH) shows flexibility. We also demonstrate its potential application in postharvest preservation where EL light used can be monitored simultaneously through current.
