摘要: An optical module on the invention provides a multi-layered ceramic package in which LD, sub-mount to mount component bend axis of light emitted from LD toward lens, and monitor PD portion transmitted through component. These components are mounted metal with an adhesive. At least one chamfer front bottom corner thereof provide room receive fillets formed surfaces facing abutting against other surface.
