摘要: Three accessions of the under-utilized legume itching bean (Mucuna pruriens var. pruriens) were analysed for proximate composition, mineral profiles, vitamins (niacin and ascorbic acid), fatty acid amino profiles total seed protein, in vitro protein digestibility certain anti-nutritional factors.
