摘要: Disclosed is a method for quantifying L-tryptophan involving step mixing specimen, oxidase, and water, allowing the obtained reaction solution to stand predetermined period of time in presence oxygen, measuring product resulting from action enzymes present after stand. The oxidase has given amino acid sequence activity that generates hydrogen peroxide ammonia by acting on oxygen water. L-phenylalanine range 0-3% thereof L-tryptophan, does not have protein-constituting acids other than L-phenylalanine. Also disclosed are kit used quantify containing an enzyme sensor using oxidase. This method, use L-tryptophan-specific enzyme, so capable even acids.
