Low power operation of networked devices

摘要: Methods of reducing power consumption networked devices are described. When a main processor and associated hardware in computing device is powered down, processing element, with lower than the processor, performs networking functions on behalf processor. The element monitors events wakes when defined criteria satisfied. In an embodiment, these network may be to maintain existing connections and/or establish new relate messages received by which analyzed running application layer code configurable user device.
