摘要: A preliminary theoretical feasibility study on the application of new concepts for thermoelectric power generation consuming biomass mixed with glycerol has been completed. Two main alternatives (A and B) have envisage. At Configuration A, wet sugar-cane bagasse (SCB) is dried at atmospheric pressure. From that, raw to obtain a high dry-solid content slurry, which pumped into gasifier. This greatly simplifies feeding particulate solids pressurized vessels, otherwise would require costly cumbersome series lock hoppers operating sequentially. The produced gas cleaned bring particle size as well alkaline concentration within acceptable limits injections standard turbines. B, SCB directly gasifier, therefore dispensing drying phase. Optimizations gasifier characteristics air injection rates conducted having exergetic efficiency objective function. In both cases, complete are optimized aiming maximization respective 1st Law efficiencies.
