摘要: SiC nanofibers were synthesized using carbon nanotubes as templates by depositing silicon on the of nanotubers and then annealing as-deposited specimen at 1200 °C for 15 min with a dc self-heating method. The analyses X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman scattering scanning electron microscopy (SEM) performed as-annealed specimen. measurement results show that phase (SiC nanofibers) graphite (carbon nanotubers) coexist in specimen, so coaxial structure is considered to exist.
