摘要: This study was conducted to through light on the most important fungi affected gardenia (Gardenia jasmenoides Ellis) plant with leaf spot and bud rot diseases effect of some essential oils as safe management against these in vitro vivo. Isolation trials fro m infected tacken Giza governorate during 2010-2011 gro wing season revealed eleven fungal species related genera. Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria alternata, Pestalotia langloissii Cladosporiu sp. were dominant fungi. These four isolates differed there pathogenic capabilit ies depending part, B. cinerea exh ibited h ighest percentage rotted buds while A. alternata P. only leaves. highest disease severity. Among twenty tested vitro, Cu min (Cu minu cy minum) oil effective one, completely inhibited mycelial growth at 500 ppm. Generally spraying p lant by cu 2500 mixed clove 5000 concentration best treatment that significantly decreased incidence under greenhouse conditions.
