摘要: Analysis of phosphopeptides from complex mixtures derived proteolytic digestion biological samples is a challenging yet highly important task. Since are usually present in small amounts, enrichment often necessary prior to their characterization by mass spectrometry. In this study, thin layer titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles (NPs) was deposited onto the surface capillary column liquid phase deposition (LPD) technique and applied selectively concentrate protein digest products. This is, our knowledge, first demonstration using construct in-tube solid microextraction devices for analysis. By coupling device off-line or on-line with spectrometry analysis, experiments systematic optimization loading washing conditions were carried out, good trapping selectivity TiO2 NP-deposited columns towards demonstrated.
