摘要: The distribution of isopotential lines on the thoracic surface 15 normal subjects aged to 43 was determined at 10 20 instants time during ventricular activation. At beginning QRS interval a precordial maximum and dorsal minimum potential can be observed. Thereafter, migrates toward right shoulder appears then anteriorly in subclavicular fossa, while another near mid-sternal line. two minima finally merge together, becomes dipolar once again. During last third moves left axillary region, new upper end sternum. A tentative correlation between intracardiac electrical events established basis most generally accepted descriptions activation processes. some phases activation, body is type, there are no measurable local components; other depolarization, however, proximity potentials do appear surface, yielding information about waves. When altered, location course show important modifications.
