摘要: Background: Gonadal function is affected with end stage renal disease. In men the   disturbances of the hypothalamic–pituitary–testicular axis can be detected only moderate reductions in glomerular filtration rate.  There are many evidences that confirm effect testosterone on lipid metabolism postprandial state. Objective : to study relationship between low level total and lipids male patients Subjects &Method involved 38 disease ( age range 30- 60 years ) attending unit kidney transplantation at Baghdad Teaching Hospital , 35 healthy subjects (control group matching weight during period from January  march 2013. Postprandial venous blood was obtained for glucose, profile, urea creatinine measurement   immediately after separation serum by routine colorimetric methods  . The determination androgen sex hormones (luteinizing hormone follicle stimulating and  binding globulin ,) done using Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay. (Sandwich assay). Results a significant negative correlation free testosterone, triglyceride both ESRD control groups difference these two groups.  also correlated negatively group. Conclusion: Decline associated increased hypertriglyceridemia, which could, both, considered predictors cardiovascular risk factors ESRD. Key words hypertriglyceridemia dysfunction
