摘要: Weather radar been widely employed to measure precipitation and predict flood risks. However, it is still not considered accurate enough because of errors. Most previous studies have focused primarily on removing errors from the data. Therefore, in current study, we examined effects rainfall rainfall-runoff simulation using spatial error model (SEM).
