摘要: Prolonged endovascular procedures requiring a large diameter sheath in each groin can be associated with significant intraoperative lower limb ischemia, particularly those pre-existing peripheral vascular disease. We report the case of patient who suffered severe ischemia-reperfusion injury following repair pararenal aortic aneurysm using fenestrated stent graft and describe use temporary axillobifemoral bypass similar comorbidities undergoing same procedure. propose this adjunctive technique as means maintaining antegrade perfusion avoiding central metabolic consequences injury.
