摘要: The subject of this paper is a multi-stage, multi-person business game which will be used for executive training purposes by the American Management Association. A discussion basic philosophy play, and many analytical, computational, conceptual difficulties encountered in construction games, followed description question, as actually constructed played, with particular attention to four features which, it felt, merit consideration: 1 Absence an explicit criterion function; 2 Principle marginal change; 3 Hidden formulas; 4 Minimal computation. number preliminary plays top management participating, has met favorable reception outlined some detail view showing how circumvents or overcomes obstacles described.
