摘要: The management of frontal sinus fractures has changed over the past 20 years. Whereas indications for an invasive procedure had been much broader in past, it become more common to treat these conservatively, due improved imaging modalities, advent endoscopic surgical treatment nasofrontal outflow tracts, and understanding physiology. A variety algorithms have proposed fractures; however, we present a simplified algorithm, which uses cranialization, obliteration, reconstruction, observation, surgery.
