摘要: A rapid, quantitative method for the separation of enamel, dentin, and cementum a single tooth to obtain samples known purity will permit following investigations: 1) Normal values ranges variation in composition enamel dentin. 2) Changes associated with caries (5), pyorrhea or disturbances nutrition, metabolism endocrine balance. 3) Proportion dentin normal, hyperand hypoplastic teeth changes due attrition, erosion caries. Methods obtaining pure by heating grinding are unsatisfactory because time required incomplete recovery. The described Brekhus Armstrong (3), based on use heavy liquids density intermediate between offers distinct improvement over previous methods, but leaves few things be desired. For instance, it would advantageou§ have (a) more rapid method, (b) check fractions, (c) an avoidance filtration. According literature, centrifugal seem desirable, especially when working fine powders. Bernal Crowfoot (2) found centrifugation give accurate
