摘要: The Erythrinidae fish family is an excellent model for analyzing the evolution of sex chromosomes. Different stages chromosome differentiation from homomorphic to highly differentiated ones can be found among species this family. Here, whole painting, together with cytogenetic mapping repetitive DNAs, highlighted evolutionary relationships chromosomes different erythrinid and genera. It was demonstrated that follow distinct pathways inside Reciprocal hybridizations probes revealed autosomal pairs have evolved as pair, even closely related species. In addition, origins patterns were same type system. These features expose high plasticity in lower vertebrates, contrast occurring higher ones. A possible role turnover speciation processes also discussed.
