摘要: Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is characterized by an imbalance between myocardial blood flow supply and metabolic demand. In Westernized society, this found principally in the setting of atherosclerotic coronary artery (CAD), also known as (CHD), but present other states commonly hypertensive elderly patient, including valvular disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation (AF), disorders such hypothyroidism, left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH), diastolic dysfunction. patients with CAD, limited degree luminal narrowing epicardial vessels. those hypertension or without LVH, excess demand owing to increases wall stress demands hypertrophied myocardium. both these disorders, there associated endothelial dysfunction microvasculature, which can limit myocardium (1). When CAD LVH coexist, are adversely affected, thus worsening expected ischemia.
