Structural and Magnetic Properties of Mn$^{3+}$ Substituted Ordered and Disordered Li$_{0.5}$Cr$_{0.5}$Fe$_{2}$O$_{4}$ Nanoparticles

摘要: A series of Li0.5MnxCr0.5Fe2-xO4 (x = 0.0-1 in the steps 0.25) were synthesized by sol-gel auto combustion method, aiming to study structural, magnetic and dielectric properties ordered disordered Li-ferrite related concentration substituted Mn3+ ions. X-ray diffraction measurements used for analyzing structural parameters prepared samples. Superstructure lines are observed Li0.5Cr0.5Fe2O4 disappear at higher levels substitution. TEM images demonstrate that particle size is uniform good crystalline form. Saturation magnetization decreased from 51 24 emu/g, whereas coercivity varies 90-170 Oe with Permeability carried out as a function temperature.
