摘要: Recently, high-frequency 1.3μm InGaAsP constricted mesa lasers have shown a small-signal -3 dB bandwidth of more than 15 GHz at 15°C, and been modulated with pseudorandom pulses 8 Gbit/s (NRZ format). The letter reports large-signal digital modulation such laser using time-multiplexed electrical 80 Ps in duration 125 apart which demonstrates the high-speed capability this simulated bit rate 16 (NRZ).
