Whole Body CT for a Patient with Sepsis

摘要: This study retrospectively investigated the significance of whole body CT (WCT) for patients with sepsis. A medical chart review was performed all systemic inflammatory response syndrome that were treated initially between April 2011 and March 2012. The subjects divided into a WCT group underwent on arrival control group. Results this suggested sepsis useful elderly whose chief complaint or physiological findings could not suggest anatomical site infection, to determine infectious focus indications/method surgery, diagnose basic diseases associated opportunistic infections evaluate complicated diseases.
