摘要: Abstract Electric power production using biomass residues from agricultural high efficiency electricity generation technologies would reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and contribute to climate change mitigation. This study investigated the case of sugar industry in Thailand identified scenarios offering GHG reduction benefits. Electricity potential sugarcane and/or upgrading systems represent beneficial options. The largest export national grid can be achieved by boiler all mills 103 bar 515 °C. Using 19% generated tops leaves along with bagasse generate 9 TWh 4.8 Mt CO 2 equivalent a year. economic analysis shows that steam pressure configurations for results substantial cost increase benefit.
