摘要: Salmon is one of the most edible fishes in world. It anadromous by nature i.e., adult salmon migrate from freshwater to sea for spawning, reproduction and then again they return fresh water continue their lifetime. These are indigenous Atlantic region north Pacific Ocean. As world’s population increasing day day, productivity also along with recently developing trends research satisfy human demand.
