摘要: The transition towards low-carbon thermal energy systems requires solid information provision to support both public and private decision-making, which is future proof optimal in the context of system dependencies. We adopt a data ecosystem approach answer following research question: How can be analyzed developed enable data-driven local transition, by capturing social technical aspects urban system? A case study design Netherlands, with an embedded city Utrecht therein, was used, including collection involving 21 expert interviews representing diversity stakeholders, qualitative analysis using NVivo version 10. includes necessary elements, roles, for decision makers heat captures as well system. Assessment pertaining shows that it still its infancy phase, challenges, barriers, shortcomings all key elements. present suggestions (re-)design inclusive holistic addresses current shortcomings.
