摘要: We retrospectively analyzed 114 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, clinical stages I and II, classified by the criteria of Rappaport treated radiotherapy alone. Of 84 classifiable, one-third were nodular two-thirds diffuse lymphomas. Berkson-Gage actuarial relapse-free survivals determined for these two groups subgroups stratified histology, stage, presence or absence extranodal disease. Five year overall 83% 100%, respectively, group 37% 59% group. Extranodal involvement was less frequent in (19%) than (52%) group, where it associated Stage IE disease increased survival. Histopathological subtype (histiocytic versus combined lymphocytic poorly differentiated mixed lymphocytic-histiocytic) did not influence stage better survival histiocytic Successful all disease, histologies, correlated extended involved fields, 89% relapses entire series wide dissemination.
