摘要: The effects of self-incompatibility control substance (SICS) on self-pollination, fruit set, weight, and seed number pear cultivars ‘Manpung’, ‘Wonhwang’, ‘Niitaka’ were investigated. SICS at 1 or 2 mLㆍL?¹ was sprayed day before (BHP) after hand pollination (AHP), BHP using reduced pollen volume (BHPR), (BFB), during (DFB), full bloom (AFB). Untreated pollinated (HP) trees DFB used as treatments. All pollinations done DFB. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) gene analysis seeds conducted to determine the effect self-pollination. Results showed that applied AHP did not induce higher set than HP. Only in ‘Niitaka’, BHPR induced BFB AFB ‘Wonhwang’ yielded HP, but when different blooming stages no treatment treated untreated control, BHP, BFB, always performed better AFB. There general trend weight. SSR revealed promoted self-pollination BHP.
