摘要: Using Zn(NO3)2, H2SeO3 and graphene oxide as precursors, the zinc oxide/selenium/reduced (ZnO/Se/RGO) composite was facilely electrodeposited on surface of indium tin glass. The conditions for electrochemical synthesis such electrodeposition potential electrolyte composition were studied. morphology crystallization products as-prepared characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) x-ray diffractometry (XRD) respectively. light absorption conductivity studied by UV-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis) impedance (EIS). Based a series experimental results, photoelectrical conversion mechanism effect factors explored. By means synergistic action n-type ZnO, p-type Se conductive RGO, ZnO/Se/RGO showed excellent photoelectric under visible irradiation.
