摘要: Gas liquid chromatography (GLC) was used for the first time to screen machine oil–degrading microorganisms. Oil degradation evaluated from microorganism respiratory activity during utilization of oil as sole carbon and energy source. The results are consistent with those obtained by conventional weighing method. Substrate specificity active strains respect different oils studied. Bacterial communities exhibited highest activity, whereas a Rhodococcus erythropolisstrain most among pure cultures. Various stages bacterial interaction drops were followed means fluorescent microscopy.
