摘要: Product-cooling load is one of the most important components, contributing about two-thirds toward total refrigeration during transient cooling period a cold storage. Therefore, time-variable behavior product-cooling necessary for efficient design and operation system. A well-designed system not only avoids wastage electrical energy but also restricts moisture loss within permissible limit. In present study, 15 combinations, with three rates five loading patterns, were investigated corresponding loads predicted. The effect was studied on as well. It found that although high rate gave low loss, it required capacity system, which might be justifiable over reduced long-term storage period. Loading product had similar rate. to half time 6.72 days (cool-down time = 30 days) in combination linearly decreasing 30 duration minimum affordable increased could adopted commercial potato storage. PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS The results study highlight interdependence two different burning problems Indian industry, i.e., higher power consumption losses beyond limits. quantitative information under combinations patterns would enable operators managing these parameters installed order avoid fluctuation temperature air resultant losses.
