摘要: In this study, thermosensitive hydrogels incorporated with multiple cell-interactive factors were developed as a substrate to form monolayer of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) that can be detached and transferrable target sites cell-sheet in response temperature change. The cell adhesive peptide (RGD) growth factor (bFGF) covalently within the hydrogel significantly enhanced adhesion proliferation HUVECs, allowing for formation their confluent monolayer. Meanwhile, precisely controllable change size was observed by repeated increase decrease from 37 4 °C. By exploiting unique behavior, detachment transfer HUVEC sheet confluently cultured at °C rapidly induced 10 min expansion when decreased transferred highly viable maintained robust cell−cell junction. Finally, process directly applied onto an ischemic injury hind limb mice. transplanted HUVECs retarded tissue necrosis over 14 days comparison direct injection same number cells. Our results suggest multifunctional Tetronic-tyramine could serve ideal modulate layer potentially utilized treat peripheral arterial disease.
