摘要: Twenty-one patients with stasis leg ulcers were randomly assigned to two groups. The first group was treated Unna's boots, while the second elastic support stockings graded compression from 24 mm/Hg pressure at ankle 16 calf. on seven of ten legs (70%) boots and 10 14 (71%) healed. Although groups small, there no statistically significant difference between their success rate in healing (p = 0.9394). Both treatment showed changes lower limb volume, calf circumference, although If times are calculated, however, average time Unna boot-treated 7.3 weeks, took an 18.4 weeks. one patient whose ulcerations almost encircled her calves 78 weeks heal is excluded, had 11.8
