摘要: Sensing via analyte passage through a constricted aperture is powerful and robust technology which being utilized broadly, from DNA sequencing to single virus cell characterization. Micro- nanoscale structures typically translocate aperture, or pore, using electrophoretic force. In the present work, we explore advances in metrology can be achieved rapid directional switching of hydrodynamic forces. Interestingly, multipass measurements microscale achieve discrimination. We this cell-discrimination phenomenon as well other features focusing such dynamic trapping discrete interval sensing.
