摘要: This study examines the role of technological innovation and economic progress on environmental pollution by using STRIPAT EKC theoretical frameworks in 25 developing Asian countries from period 1998 to 2019. For advancement, energy intensity has been used gauge how much quantity is employed produce additional unit gross domestic product at level. Therefore, volume production process highly important as it documented through intensity. To capture impact innovation, sum total patent applications trademark for sampled used. applied second-generation root panel cointegration techniques estimate results. long-run relationship variables cross-sectional interdependence, Pedroni Residual Westerlund Cointegration tests are applied. Further, Hausman-Taylor-type test check efficiency pool mean group (PMG). The results PMG regression confirm existence countries. this showed that development, innovations, have potential reduce carbon emission protect environment economies. Moreover, error correction model indicate case any external shock, will converge towards equilibrium within 64.6 years. proposed a policy framework related innovations should be sustained advancement human capital research development primary focus nations mitigate challenges.
