摘要: Abstract Zizyphus mauritiana Lam. seeds (ZMSL) have been used medicinally as sedative or hypnotic drugs in most of Asian countries. ZMSL has significant benefits to the human health. Therefore, we evaluated immunomodulatory effect lectin extracted from these both vitro and vivo study. Anaphylaxis is a severe life-threatening allergic reaction Arthus deposition immune complex complement system activation, so hypothesized that if can protect diseases. We studied on macrophages Wistar albino rats confirmed its protective against anaphylaxis reaction. Results this study suggest immunostimulatory antiallergic activity.
