摘要: This paper dicusses a new probabilistic generation production cost program which computes the expected costs for planning study evaluations, Most previous programs have either ignored existence of forced outages or included their effects approximatelyby increasingthe length scheduled outage periods by reducing maximum capability units in proportion to unavailability. These approximations would seem availability. appoximations neglect economic caused probability that randomly occurring unit will require operation rapidly starting, high peaking generation. The described does consider these random outages, as well outages. Economic loading thermal units, consideration nature hydro-electric energy available, and system reliability techniques are combined produce values costs.
