摘要: In this paper, drawing on the work of Michel Foucault, I argue that academics are enmeshed in power relations which confession operates, both and through academics. Drawing Foucault’s genealogy confession, illustrate how not only invited to reflect performance, faults, temptations desires their private life, but as teachers they mobilise same kind technology relation students. These connected wider changes society, where discourses New Public Management have become all pervasive organising governing public institutions.
