摘要: Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) UL53 belongs to a family of conserved herpesvirus genes. In this work, the expression and localization gene product was analysed. Results obtained showed that pUL53 is new structural protein. infected human fibroblasts, localizes in cytoplasmic perinuclear granular formations together with other viral proteins. nucleus, forms patches at nuclear periphery co-localizes lamin B internal membrane level. Immunoelectron microscopy studies have disclosed pseudo-inclusions are labelled, whereas nucleocapsid within intranuclear skein negative. Furthermore, mature virus particle maintains its tegumental These data suggest could be involved either maturation or egress nucleocapsids from nucleus cytoplasm through membrane, role compatible function hypothesized for UL31, positional homologue herpes simplex type 1.
