摘要: Minimally invasive procedures such as biopsy or thermal tumor ablations share a similar planning scenario: linear path for needle shaped instrument has to be found that the tip can reach defined target tumor. The should chosen according several criteria, which influence safety, practicability and, in case of ablation techniques, success procedure. In this work we present method explore all possible access paths given with respect clinically relevant criteria. leverages graphics processing unit sample these Parallel coordinates are utilized interactively resulting set paths. Finally, an interactive selection technique combination real-time visualization selected and patient anatomy.
