High-field magnetization study of the heavy fermion oxide LiV 2 O 4

摘要: Abstract High-field magnetizations of heavy fermion oxide LiV 2 O 4 single crystals and Li 0.9 Zn 0.1 V powder were investigated up to 65 T with pulsed magnets. showed a metamagnetic transition at around 40 T, followed by linear increase above 45 T. In contrast, disordered , spin-glass state below 2.6 K, no clear indication metamagnetism, suggesting the intimate link between metamagnetism quasi-particle coherence.
