摘要: Glioma is the most common malignant tumor in brain and nervous system, with high recurrence mortality rate. Recent researches have shown that circular RNAs (circRNAs) play key roles genesis progress of glioma. Detection circRNAs glioma cells revealed expression circ-ZNF264 was upregulated. At same time, miR-4493 downregulated had multiple binding sites on sequence. Dual luciferase reporter gene assay confirmed could bind to apelin specifically. MiR-4493 not changed, but its target be significantly upregulated by circ-ZNF264. inhibit apelin. Biological behaviors were detected; promoted cell proliferation invasion inhibited apoptosis. opposite effects terminate above When upregulated, changes biological obvious. Therefore, cells, can function then upregulate expression, thus regulating proliferation, apoptosis, invasion. This finding provides more evidence for role
